I play the keyboard and have previously co-written and recorded music. This includes music to accompany the animations that are listed on this website.

I no longer need to create and record sound for my work, but it has influenced how I think about things — music making is inherently creative problem solving. And it requires you to figure out how to create a unified experience. For example, how to orchestrate individual parts so that they support each other, and flow across time. Ideally, the result is holistic (e.g. a song that is its own universe — or a group of songs that form a constellation)!
